摘 要:针对北京市某小区室温偏差大、用户投诉量大、水力失调严重以及能耗高等问题,采用喷射泵混水技术进行改造,有效解决了该小区存在的水力失调等问题,并达到了节能降耗的目的。改造后单位面积年耗电量节省约11.41%,单位面积年耗热量节省约11.04%,并且投诉工单量整体下降了42.42%。本案例为换热站节能改造项目中遇到的水力失调、能耗较大等问题提供了解决思路和方案。In response to the problems of large room temperature deviation,high user complaints,severe hydraulic imbalance,and high energy consumption in a residential area in Beijing,the jet pump mixing technology is adopted for renovation,effectively solving the problems of hydraulic imbalance in the area and achieving the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction.After the renovation,the annual power consumption per unit area has been saved by about 11.41%,and the annual heat consumption per unit area has been saved by about 11.04%.Additionally,the overall number of complaint work orders has decreased by 42.42%.It provides solutions and ideas for solving problems such as hydraulic imbalance and high energy consumption in the energy-saving renovation project of heat exchange stations.
