近20年揿针疗法文献计量学分析及方法学质量评价

摘　　要：目的:了解我国体穴揿针疗法在临床应用的研究现状及存在问题,探讨揿针研究的优势病种和发展方向。方法:利用文献计量学方法,对中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science数据库从2000年1月1日—2021年1月1日收录的体穴揿针治疗临床疾病文献的文献类型、发表年度、期刊分布、地域及研究机构分布、核心作者、合著率、引用和被引频次、研究对象、研究内容、基金资助、伦理审查、文献质量等方面进行分析。结果:筛选出文献692篇,以2016年为转折点,发文量迅速增长,2020年达到高峰。揿针研究以神经系统、耳鼻喉科、眼科、骨伤科、妇科领域最多;收录揿针治疗相关文献的英文期刊以World Journal of Acupuncture-Moxibustion、Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science、Complementary TherapiesinClinical Practice、Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine为主。除学位论文外,共571篇中文文献,核心期刊收录211篇(38.22%),接受基金资助154项(26.97%),通过伦理审查106项(18.56%);论文最高被引频次为25次,被引频次10次以上的文献33篇(5.78%)。519名第一作者中从事护理行业者109人(21.00%)。结论:体穴揿针治疗临床疾病适用范围广,但总体研究质量有待提高。揿针操作仍以医生为主导,以护士主导的揿针研究呈上升趋势。Objective:To understand the research status and existing problems of the clinical application of body acupoint pressing needle therapy in China,and to discuss the dominant diseases and development direction of the research.Methods:By using the method of bibliometrics,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Embase and Web of Science databases were retrieved from January 1st,2000 to January 1st,2021.The literature types,publication years,journal distribution,regional and research institution distribution,core authors,co-authorship rate,the citation and citation frequency,research subject,research content,fund support,ethical review,literature quality and other factors were analyzed.Results:A total of 692 papers were selected.A turning point occurred in 2016,with the rapid growth of the number of published papers after that and reaching a peak in 2020.Research of pressing needle is most in the fields of nervous system,otorhinolaryngology,ophthalmology,orthopedics and gynecology;and top English Journals published pressing needle articles were World Journal of Acupuncture-Moxibustion,Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science,Complementary Therapies in Clinical Practice,Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine.In addition to the dissertation,there were 571 Chinese literatures,211(38.22%)were included in the core journals,154(26.97%)were funded by the fund,and 106(18.56%)passed the ethical review.The highest citation frequency was 25,and 33 papers(5.78%)were cited more than 10 times.Among the 519 first authors,109(21.00%)were in the nursing industry.Conclusion:Body acupoint pressing needle therapy is widely used in the treatment of clinical diseases,but the overall research quality needs to be improved.The operation of body acupoint pressing needle therapy is still dominated by doctors,and the research of body acupoint pressing needle therapy led by nurses is on the rise.
