摘　　要：针对金属饰品行业喷漆设备的结构特点,通过对循环水取样测试与现场中试,考察漆雾絮凝剂的性能,并筛选出漆雾絮凝剂的最佳使用浓度和比例,达到对过喷漆完全脱黏和絮凝的目的。经过现场测试,pH最佳控制范围为8.5~9.5,漆雾絮凝剂RC-2502A添加浓度为0.25%,RC-2502C添加浓度为1.45%,对漆渣的处理效果最佳,明显改善了企业之前存在的循环泵和管路堵塞、喷漆车间刺鼻气味大的问题,经过长期使用,循环水系统设备现运行稳定,有望在饰品行业的喷涂系统中得以推广和应用。Based on the structural characteristics of painting equipment in metal jewelry industry,the performance of paint mist flocculant was investigated through sampling test of circulating water and field pilot test,and the optimal concentration and proportion of paint mist flocculant was selected,so as to achieve the purpose of complete debonding and flocculation of overspray paint.After field testing,the optimal pH control range was 8.5~9.5,the additive concentration of paint mist flocculant RC-2502A was 0.25%,the additive concentration of RC-2502C was 1.45%,which had the best treatment effect on paint slag.The problems of circulating pump and pipeline blockage and the pungent smell in the painting workshop which had existed for a long time before was obviously improved.After long-term use,the circulating water system equipment was running stably,so the paint mist flocculants were expected to be widely promoted and applied in the spraying system of jewelry industry.
