摘　　要：把电厂KKS编码体系引入了汽车涂装工厂,实现了对涂装设备的唯一编码,解决了涂装工厂设计、建造和运营过程中信息不一致、描述不准确的问题。根据涂装工厂的特点,对于非标工艺设备、输送设备、电控设备的各个码段分别提出了具体的编码方法,给出示例并做了详细释义。The KKS coding system was introduced into the automotive painting workshop,thus a unique ID code of painting equipment was accomplished,which solved the problems of inconsistent information and inaccurate description in the process of design,construction and operation of painting workshop.The specific coding methods for each code segment of non-standard equipment,conveyor equipment and electronic control equipment were put forward,and examples were given and explained in detail.
