重庆彭水郁山盐厂遗址考古发掘简报

摘　　要：2015年9—12月,重庆市文化遗产研究院和彭水县文物管理所对郁山盐厂遗址进行发掘,发掘面积总计2,900平方米,完整揭露了一处规模较大的制盐厂房,清理各类盐业生产设施30余处,包括制盐厂房、盐井、盐灶、卤水池(坑)、黄泥坑、输卤沟、排水沟等。本次考古发现展示了以盐灶为中心的生产布局结构,揭示了郁山近现代制盐工艺的流程,对建立和完善中国井盐技术发展史具有重要意义。From September to December 2015,Chongqing Cultural Heritage Research Institute and Pengshui County Cultural Relics Management Office excavated the site of Yushan Salt Plant,with a total area of 2,900 square meters,completely exposed a large-scale salt production plant,and cleaned up more than 30 salt production facilities,including salt production plants,salt wells,salt stoves,brine pools(pits),yellow mud pits,brine ditches,drainage ditches,etc.This archaeological discovery shows the production layout structure centered on salt stoves,reveals the process of modern salt production technology in Yushan.It is of great significance for the establishment and improvement of the development history of well salt technology in China.
