摘 要:目的:评价不同健康教育方法对老年脑卒中病人日常生活活动能力的影响,为护理人员选择最佳教育方法提供参考。方法:计算机检索Web of Science、PubMed、the Cochrance Library、EMbase、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库中有关改善老年脑卒中病人日常生活活动能力的健康教育随机对照试验(RCT),检索年限均为建库至2022年2月28日。由2名研究者独立按照纳入和排除标准筛选文献、评价纳入研究的偏倚风险并从中提取数据,采用Stata 16.0进行网状Meta分析。结果:共纳入文献14篇,涉及1 259例病人,12种健康教育方法。网状Meta分析结果显示,在改善老年脑卒中病人日常生活活动能力方面,排序结果居前3位的依次为家属参与同伴教育、PDCA循环管理、健康教育路径。结论:家属参与同伴教育、PDCA循环管理、健康教育路径在改善老年脑卒中病人日常生活活动能力方面较其他健康教育方法更加有效。Objective:To evaluate the effects of different health education methods on the activities of daily living of elderly stroke patients and to provide a reference for nurses to choose the best education method.Methods:Randomized controlled trials of health education on improving the activities of daily living of elderly stroke patients were retrieved from the Web of Science,PubMed,the Cochrance Library,EMbase,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),WanFang Database,VIP Database,and Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM).The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to February 28,2022.Two researchers independently screened the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,evaluated the risk of bias in the included studies,and extracted data from them.Stata 16.0 was used for network Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 14 pieces of literature were included,involving 1259 patients and 12 health education methods.The results of the network Meta-analysis showed that in improving the activities of daily living of elderly stroke patients,the top three ranking results were family members′participation in peer education,Plan-Do-Check-Action(PDCA)cycle management,and health education paths.Conclusion:Family members′participation in peer education,PDCA cycle management,and health education path was more effective than other health education methods in improving the activities of daily living of elderly stroke patients.
