摘　　要：智能化环境下,元宇宙建设使公共图书馆的智慧化发展迎来了新的契机。基于此,通过分析文旅融合情境下公共图书馆的自身定位,梳理出当前公共图书馆在文旅融合过程中的现状及进展,指出其存在社会整体形象亟待转变、迫切需要服务创新、原有功能不足的问题。结合数据信息、知识及智慧的体系(以下简称DIKW模型),针对公共图书馆开展功能再定位,提出DIKW模型下的三种智慧文旅新模式,即客观数据基础上智慧化服务体验模式、相关数据联动模式、智慧“W”服务模式,实现公共图书馆智能化。In an intelligent environment,the construction of the metaverse ushers in a new opportunity for the intelligent development of public libraries.Based on this,through the analysis of self-positioning of public libraries in the context of cultural and tourism integration(CTI),this paper makes a review of the current progress of public libraries in the CTI process,and points out existing problems such as urgent need to change their overall social image,the urgent need in service innovation,and the lack of original functions.With DIKW model,this paper,in terms of the functional reposition for public libraries,proposes three new intelligent cultural tourism modes under DIKW model to realize the intelligence of public libraries,namely,intelligent service experience mode based on objective data,relevant data linkage mode,and intelligent“W”service mode.
