摘  要:平均压力约为4.0MPa的蒸汽被广泛应用于化工工艺中,在许多工业加热应用中,蒸汽通常被用作汽轮机的主要动力源。在邻近的工业用地改造现有的大容量中压加热汽轮机,可以从外部产生大量中压蒸汽,因为它需要一个中压控制阀来调节热输入。这种供热改造可有效实现渐进式能源回收,是支持早日实现去碳化和碳中和目标的可靠技术途径之一。为了提高阀门加热的控制能力和可靠性,引进了一种新型离心控制阀,用于此类供热改造和新的离心供热项目。结果表明:新型中压控制阀以传统阀门的高效控制作用为基础,当阀门打开时,流场会略微增加,从而在一定程度上减缓了变化率,提高了控制精度。Steam with an average pressure of approximately 4.0 MPa is widely used in chemical processes and is commonly used as the primary power source for turbines in many industrial heating applications.Retrofitting an existing high-capacity medium-pressure heating turbine at a neighboring industrial site can generate large quantities of medium-pressure steam from an external source,as it requires a medium-pressure control valve to regulate the heat input.This type of heating retrofit can effectively achieve progressive energy recovery and is one of the reliable technological pathways to support the early achievement of decarbonization and carbon neutrality goals.In order to improve the control and reliability of valve heating,we introduced a new centrifugal control valve for such heating retrofits and new centrifugal heating projects.The results show that the new medium-pressure control valve is based on the efficient control action of conventional valves,and that the flow field increases slightly when the valve is opened,thus slowing down the rate of change to a certain extent and improving the control accuracy.
