摘  要:公司污氮脱氧装置主要通过在污氮中加入氢气,在催化剂的作用下,在合适的温度、压力下反应,将污氮中的氧与氢气反应,生成水后分离出去。其中,反应器出口微量氧含量的测量是一个关键的控制指标,氧含量过高说明反应不充分或者氢氧比配比不当,氧含量指示不准确将直接影响后续工段的稳定运行。本课题通过对比磁氧、氧电池、氧化锆、电化学等几种测量氧气的原理,选择经济适用的氧传感器,根据介质特性,反应器出口温度高,含水量大的情况,对预处理进行优化,达到微量氧分析仪指示准确,稳定运行的目的。The company’s nitrogen deaeration device,mainly by adding hydrogen to the contaminated nitrogen,under the action of the catalyst,at the right temperature,pressure reaction,the oxygen in the nitrogen and hydrogen,the generation of water for separation,in which the reactor outlet trace oxygen content measurement is a key control index,oxygen content is too high indicates that the reaction is insufficient or the ratio of hydrogen and oxygen is improper,the oxygen content indication is not accurate will directly affect the stable operation of the subsequent section,this topic by comparing magnetic oxygen,oxygen battery,zirconia,Electrochemistry and other several principles of measuring oxygen,select an economical oxygen sensor,and optimize the pretreatment according to the characteristics of the medium,high reactor outlet temperature and large water content.Achieve the purpose of accurate and stable operation of trace oxygen analyzer indication.
