摘  要:某核电厂凝结水抽取系统配备3台凝结水泵,当电功率在40%Pn以上时,3台凝结水泵配置为两用一备,如少于两台则触发甩负荷信号。当前设计中,甩负荷信号回路存在单一故障导致误触发甩负荷信号风险。本文通过优化甩负荷逻辑,组合凝结水泵启停反馈、出口隔离阀开关状态以及泵出口流量等方式,并适应性修改DCS控制机柜间硬接线信号缺省值,解决单一故障导致甩负荷信号误触发问题。该方案充分考虑信号误动、拒动风险的平衡,采用最经济的手段提升机组可靠性,可为其他改造提供参考。In a certain nuclear power plant,the condensate water pumping system of a nuclear power plant is equipped with three condensate pumps.When the electric power is above 40%Pn,the three condensate pumps are configured for dual use and one standby.If there are less than two condensate pumps,the load Shedding signal will be triggered.In the current design,there is a single fault in the load shedding signal loop,which leads to the risk of spurious triggering the load shedding signal.By optimizing load shedding logic,combining condensate pump start-stop feedback,outlet valve switch state and pump outlet flow,and adaptively modifying the fallback value of hard wiring signal between DCS control cabinets,this paper solves the problem of false trigger of load shedding signal caused by single fault.This scheme fully considers the risk of spurious trip and miss trip,and uses the most economical means to improve the reliability of the unit,which can provide reference for other reconstructions.
