摘 要:目的通过对远程超声机器人和便携式超声的图像质量进行对照研究,为临床应用提供依据。方法选取78例门诊体检者作为研究对象,将两种检查方式的超声图像随机编码并采用双盲评分。使用配对t检验比较两组评分的差异情况,采用B~A分析图和组内相关系数(ICC)分析其一致性。结果配对t检验结果显示,远程超声机器人与便携式超声图像的综合评分、颈动脉评分、甲状腺评分及腹部评分4个指标在两种检查方式的比较上均无统计学意义(P>0.05);B~A分析图显示各指标一致性良好;组内相关系数分析显示,远程超声机器人与便携式超声图像综合评分ICC值>0.4,均有较好一致性。结论远程超声机器人与便携式超声图像质量无明显差异,具有临床应用和推广价值。Objective The consistency of the image quality of the remote ultrasound robot and two portable ultrasound was studied to provide a basis for clinical application.Methods 78 patients with physical examination in outpatient department of were selected as the research objects.The ultrasound images of the two examination methods were randomly coded and scored by double-blind method.The paired T-test was used to compare the differences between the two groups,and the B-A analysis chart and the intra-group correlation coefficient(ICC)were used to analyze the consistency.Results The results of paired T-test showed that there were no significant differences in the comprehensive score,carotid artery score,thyroid score and abdominal score between the remote ultrasound robot and portable ultrasound images(P>0.05).B-A analysis diagram showed that all indexes were consistent well.The correlation coefficient analysis within the group showed that the ICC value of the remote ultrasonic robot and portable ultrasonic images was greater than 0.4,which had a good consistency.Conclusions There is no significant difference in image quality between remote ultrasound robot and portable ultrasound,which has clinical application and popularization value.
