摘 要:目的分析微血流联合超声弹性成像评分法在皮肤肿瘤中的应用价值。方法收集术前均完成微血流成像和超声弹性成像检查的皮肤肿瘤患者54例(57个病灶)临床资料。对照病理结果,分析微血流成像、超声弹性成像及微血流成像联合超声弹性成像对皮肤肿瘤的诊断价值。结果57个皮肤肿瘤中,恶性病灶44个,良性病灶13个。微血流成像与超声弹性成像比较,灵敏度和准确度差异有统计学意义;微血流成像与两者联合比较,灵敏度和特异度差异有统计学意义;超声弹性成像与两者联合比较,灵敏度、准确度差异有统计学意义(P≤0.05)。结论微血流成像联合超声弹性成像对皮肤肿瘤良恶性有较高的鉴别诊断价值,两者结合可以明显提高皮肤肿瘤的诊断效能。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of super microvascular imaging(SMI)combined with elastography scoring in skin tumors.Methods A total of 54 patients with skin tumors(including 57 lesions)who underwent both ultrasound elastography and SMI examination before operation were selected in this study from The Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University.Compared to the pathological diagnosis,the diagnostic efficacy of SMI,ultrasound elastography and SMI combined with ultrasound elastography were analyzed.Results Of the 57 skin tumors,44 were malignant lesions and 13 were benign.SMI and ultrasound elastography demonstrated statistically significant difference in sensitivity and accuracy.The combination of SMI and ultrasound elastography showed statistically significant difference in contrast with SMI alone or ultrasound elastography alone in sensitivity and accuracy(P≤0.05).Conclusions SMI combined with ultrasound elastography have high value in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant skin tumors.The combination of the two can significantly improve the diagnostic efficacy of skin tumor.
