标准化心理护理在宫内节育器放置术中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:对标准化心理护理应用于宫内节育器放置术中的价值进行分析研究。方法:选择70例宫内节育器放置术中患者(2021年1月至2022年1月)随机数字表法分组,对照组和试验组每组35例,分别进行常规护理、常规护理+标准化心理护理。比较护理满意度、焦虑及抑郁情绪变化。结果:护理满意度组间相比试验组更高,与对照组数据差异显著,P<0.05。两组焦虑评分(SAS)、抑郁评分(SDS)组间进行护理前比较,P>0.05。护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均减少,与护理前差异显著,P<0.05。试验组SAS、SDS评分与对照组进行护理后组间对照,试验组评分显著更低,P<0.05。结论:宫内节育器放置术患者临床护理中应用标准化心理护理能够提高患者对护理的满意度,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪。Objective:To investigate the value of standardized psychological nursing in intrauterine device surgery.Methods:A total of 70 patients undergoing Intrauterine device surgery(from January 2021 to January 2022)were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 35 patients in each group,and received routine nursing,routine nursing and standardized psychological nursing respectively.Nursing satisfaction,anxiety and depression were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction was higher in the experimental group(P0.05).The scores of anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)in the two groups were compared before nursing(P0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were significantly decreased as compared with those before nursing(P0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized psychological nursing in the clinical care of patients with intrauterine device can improve patients'satisfaction with nursing care and relieve anxiety and depression.
