桂枝茯苓汤加味联合芒硝标准化外敷治疗宫颈癌术后下肢淋巴水肿临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨宫颈癌术后并发下肢淋巴水肿的患者采用桂枝茯苓汤加味与芒硝标准化外敷联合方案展开治疗所取得的效果。方法:选取宫颈癌术后并发下肢淋巴水肿的患者共计90例,均为赣州市人民医院2020年1月至2022年1月期间收治,采用数字表抽取法随机做分组处理,其中,对照组针对所纳45例运用常规治疗措施,观察组针对所纳45例运用桂枝茯苓汤加味、芒硝标准化外敷联合治疗方案。就两组总有效率评定值、平均血流速度检测值、血清清蛋白及术后引流量观测值、生活质量测评分值展开对比。结果:经对观察组所纳患者总有效率展开评定,其值为96.67%,高于对照组评定结果81.67%(P<0.05)。在术前1d,经对两组静脉平均血流速度进行测定,无差异(P>0.05),在术后1周,各测定值均有升高,且相较对照组,观察组更为显著(P<0.05)。观察组所抽取患者在开展治疗后,经对血清清蛋白、术后引流量进行观测,前者观测值呈更高显示,后者呈更低显示(P<0.05)。在开展治疗工作前,经展开对生活质量的评定,无差异(P>0.05),在开展治疗后,评分均有升高,且观察组更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:针对临床收治的宫颈癌在手术实施后并发下肢淋巴水肿的患者,运用桂枝茯苓汤加味与芒硝标准化外敷联合方案展开治疗,可提高总有效率,改善静脉平均血流速度,促进血清清蛋白水平恢复,减少术后引流量,为生活质量的提高提供了保障。Objective:To investigate the effect of the treatment of flavor-enhanced guizhi poria decoction with standardized external application of mirabilite in patients with lower limb lymphedema after cervical cancer surgery.Method:A total of 90 patients with lower limb lymphedema after cervical cancer surgery admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.Digital table extraction method was used to randomly divided them in two groups,among which 45 patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment measures,while 45 patients in the observation group were treated with combined treatment plan of favorenhanced guizhi poria decoction and standardized external application of mirabilite.The total effective rate,average blood flow velocity,serum albumin and postoperative drainage volume,and quality of life assessment scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of all patients in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 81.67%in the control group(P<0.05).1 day before surgery,the average venous blood flow velocity of the two groups was measured,and there was no difference(P>0.05).1 week after surgery,all measured values were increased,and the observation group was more significant than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum albumin and postoperative drainage volume were observed in the selected patients in the observation group,and the observed value of the former was higher(P<0.05).Before the treatment,there was no difference in the assessment of life quality(P>0.05),and after the treatment,the scores were increased,and the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with cervical cancer complicated with lower limb lymphedema after surgery,the combined treatment with the flavor-enhanced guizhi poria decoction and the standardized external application of mirabilite can improve the total effective rate,improve the average venous blood flow velocity,promote the recovery of serum al
