人工全膝关节置换术围术期中标准化无痛护理管理的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察在人工全膝关节置换术围术期护理中标准化无痛护理管理方案的应用效果。方法:随机选取100例人工全膝关节置换术患者,并将其均分为观察组与对照组。观察组50例患者在围术期接受标准化无痛护理管理,对照组50例患者在围术期接受常规护理管理,对两组患者的术后疼痛情况、膝关节功能评价、护理满意情况以及各类不良反应的发生情况展开对比。结果:研究组患者术后1-3d的疼痛评分均低于对照组,且治疗后的HSS评分与BBS评分同对照组相比更高,患者的护理满意度则明显高于对照组,在各类不良反应问题的发生情况上,研究组患者的总发生率要明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在人工全膝关节置换术围术期中对患者实施标准化无痛护理管理,有利于缓解患者的术后疼痛情况,促进膝关节功能恢复效果提升,改善各类不良反应对患者治疗康复效果所产生的不利影响,对提升患者的护理满意评价具有显著效果。Objective:To observe the application effect of standardized painless nursing management scheme in perioperative nursing of total knee arthroplasty.Methods:100 patients with total knee arthroplasty were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group.50 patients in the observation group received standardized painless nursing management during the perioperative period,while 50 patients in the control group received routine nursing management during the perioperative period.The postoperative pain,knee joint function evaluation,nursing satisfaction and occurrence of various adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The pain scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 1-3 days after operation,and the HSS scores and BBS scores after treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The patient's nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.In terms of the occurrence of various adverse reactions,the total incidence of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized painless nursing management for patients during the perioperative period of total knee arthroplasty is conducive to alleviating the postoperative pain of patients,promoting the improvement of knee joint function recovery effect,improving the adverse effect of various adverse reactions on the treatment and rehabilitation effect of patients,and has a significant effect on improving the nursing satisfaction evaluation of patients.
