摘　　要：目的分析开通第三方互联网诊疗平台服务(好大夫在线)对医院主任医师完成院内互联网诊疗工作的影响。方法分析2021年11月至2022年10月主任医师院内线上工作量,以非参数检验比较复诊及咨询工作量等的差异,以卡方检验分析医师院内平台接单量及订单构成。结果内科系统主任医师接到及完成的复诊订单数与外科无显著性差异,但接到及完成的咨询订单数均显著少于外科(p<0.01)。开通好大夫的内科主任医师较未开通的医师接到更多复诊订单(p<0.01)及咨询订单(p<0.01)。开通好大夫的外科主任医师较未开通的接到更少的咨询订单(p<0.05)。结论开通好大夫对内外科主任医师院内平台工作量的影响不同,其效果与医生科室影响力有关。Objective To analyze the impact of the third-party online diagnosis and treatment platform(Haodf.com)on chief physicians'hospital online diagnosis and treatment.Methods The hospital online workload of chief physicians from November 2021 to October 2022 was analyzed,the differences of subsequent visits and consultation workload were compared by non-parametric test,and the order volume and order composition of the hospital's platform were analyzed by chisquare test.Results There was no significant difference in the number of follow-up orders received and completed by chief physicians between internal medicine department and surgery department,but the number of consultation orders received and completed by chief physicians of internal medicine department was significantly less than that of surgery department(p<0.01).Chief physicians in internal medicine department with Haodf service received more subsequent visits(p<0.01)and consultation orders(p<0.01)than those without Haodf service.Chief physicians in surgery department with Haodf received fewer consultation orders than those without Haodf service(p<0.05).Conclusion The impact of Haodf service on the hospital online workload of chief physicians between internal medicine department and surgery department is different,and the effect is related to the influence of their departments.
