摘　　要：临床专科能力是医院的核心竞争力与持续发展动力,是公立医院高质量发展的重要基石。本研究从评价目的、评价范围、评价维度、数据来源等方面,对比分析美国、德国、世界卫生组织欧洲办事处以及国内的临床专科排行榜的评价方法,旨在为我国建立分层评价、指标可比的临床专科能力评价体系提供经验和参考,从而科学地引导医疗机构主动提升其医疗服务能力。Clinical specialty competence is the core competitiveness and sustainable development motivation of a hospital,and is important for the high-quality development of public hospitals.This study compares and analyzes the evaluation methods of clinical specialty rankings of the United States,Germany,the World Health Organization European Office,and China from the aspects of evaluation purpose,evaluation scope,evaluation dimensions,and data sources,to provide experience and reference for the establishment of a tiered clinical specialty competence evaluation system with comparable indicators in China,which could scientifically guide medical institutions to improve their medical service capabilities.
