摘　　要：医院危险化学品的安全管理是开展医疗、科研工作的重要前提,是医院安全生产管理中的重点和难点之一。为提高医院危险化学品安全管理质量,医院在涉及危险化学品的各科室设置危险化学品网格员,建立危险化学品网格员工作制度,并通过对危险化学品网格员多角度、科学化、精细化、规范化的管理达到全院加强危险化学品安全管理的目的。危险化学品网格员在科室发挥的危险化学品管理作用,使全院医务人员危险化学品政策法规知晓率,安全防范意识,危险化学品的安全管理效率均得到明显的提高。The safety management of hazardous chemicals in hospital is an important prerequisite for medical treatment and scientific research,as well as one of the key points and difficulties in hospital safety production management.In order to improve the safety management quality of hazardous chemicals in hospital,the hospital has set up hazardous chemicals grid management staffs in all departments involved in hazardous chemicals,established the working system of hazardous chemicals for grid management staffs,and achieved the objective of strengthening the safety management of hazardous chemicals in the whole hospital through multi-angle,scientific,refined and standardized management of hazardous chemicals grid management staffs.The role of hazardous chemicals grid management staffs in the management of hazardous chemicals in their departments has significantly improved all medical staffs'awareness of hazardous chemicals policies and regulations,their safety awareness and safety management efficiency of hazardous chemicals in the hospital.
