某三甲综合医院建设无痛医院的实践及相关问题探讨

摘　　要：阐述某三甲综合医院在落实疼痛综合管理,建立无痛医院管理体系过程中的主要措施。通过加强顶层设计、开展多部门协作、多维度开展工作、进行疼痛综合评估、建立数据质控反馈机制等精细化管理措施,全面促进综合医院的疼痛管理工作,提升医务人员疼痛诊疗意识与能力,打造无痛医院。This paper described the main measures in integrated pain management and pain-free hospital management system construction in a tertiary grade-A general hospital.By strengthening top-level design,carrying out multi-department collaboration,carrying out multi-dimensional work,conducting comprehensive pain assessment,establishing data-based quality control feedback mechanism and other refined management measures,the pain management of this general hospital was comprehensively promoted,and the pain diagnosis and treatment consciousness and ability of medical staffs were improved so as to build a pain-free hospital.
