摘　　要：切实将经济发展的着力点放在实体经济上,实现经济的高质量发展,一个首要的理论问题是如何理解实体经济及其活动构成,这是制定战略和政策的出发点。综观学术界已有的界定和分类,无论是从与虚拟经济相对应的物质生产层面,还是从价格形成的机制方面来界定实体经济及其构成,都只是“美联储提法的翻版”,即排除所谓的金融和房地产后的所有其他部门。但事实上,仅仅将实体经济界定为虚拟经济的对立面,不仅可能导致实体经济活动的泛化,而且会忽视实体经济内部的结构性问题,无法明确不同经济活动的增长效应——财富的创造者抑或财富的消耗者。将实体经济活动锁定为生产性活动的马克思生产劳动观的实体经济分类,能够提供一个更为科学的分类框架,进而能够提供一个科学产业政策供给的依据。To put the focus of economic development on the real economy and achieve highquality economic development,a primary theoretical problem is how to understand the composition of the real economy and its activities,which is the starting point of formulating strategies and policies.In view of the existing definitions and classifications in the academic world,whether from the level of material production corresponding to the fictitious economy or from the mechanism of price formation,the definition of the real economy and its composition is just a"copy of the Fed's definition",that is,excluding all other sectors after the so-called finance and real estate.But in fact,only the real economy as the opposite of the fictitious economy,not only may lead to the generalization of real economic activities,but also ignore the internal structural problems of the real economy,unable to identify the growth effects of different economic activitiess-wealth creators or wealth consumers.The classification of real economy which locks real economic activities into productive activities of Marx's view of production labor can provide a more scientific classification framework,and then can provide a scientific industrial policy supply basis.
