上市公司就业贡献率研究——基于不同规模视角

摘　　要：随着我国经济迈入高质量发展阶段,就业问题逐渐得到了更多的关注,上市公司一直是促进全国就业的中坚力量。为探究不同规模上市公司对就业贡献率的影响,本文采用中国沪深A股上市公司2011-2021年的面板数据进行实证研究,以验证企业规模对于上市公司就业贡献率的影响。研究发现,上市公司企业规模与就业贡献率之间并非是简单的线性关系;企业规模与就业贡献率之间存在显著的倒U型关系,即上市公司的企业规模对于就业贡献率的影响存在一个由促进作用转化为抑制作用的拐点。经过这一拐点之后,随着上市公司企业规模的增加,就业贡献率会随之减少。在进一步考虑企业异质性之后,本文发现,对于高技术水平的上市公司,企业规模与就业贡献率之间的倒U型关系并不存在,高技术水平上市公司的企业规模与就业贡献率之间存在显著的正相关关系。With China's economy moving into the stage of high-quality development,employment issues have gradually received more attention,and listed companies have been the backbone of promoting employment nationwide.To explore the impact of listed companies of different sizes on employment contribution rate,this paper uses panel data of Chinese listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares from 2011-2021 to conduct an empirical study to verify the impact of enterprise size on employment contribution rate of listed companies.It is found that the relationship between enterprise size of listed companies and employment contribution rate is not a simple linear relationship.There is a significant inverted U-shaped relationship between enterprise size and employment contribution rate,that is,the influence of enterprise size of listed companies on employment contribution rate has a turning point from promoting effect to inhibiting effect.After this inflection point,the employment contribution rate decreases with the increase of firm size of listed companies.After further considering the enterprise heterogeneity,this paper finds that the inverted U-shaped relationship between enterprise size and employment contribution rate does not exist for high-skilled listed companies,and there is a significant positive relationship between enterprisesize and employment contribution rate for high-skilled listed companies.
