摘　　要：建党百年以来,中国共产党以初心为指引,经历了为共同富裕奠定政治基础、艰难探索共同富裕、快速提升富裕程度、扎实推动共同富裕这四个在时间上继起的重要阶段;相应地,我国贫富状态经历不富不公、不富较公、变富求公三个阶段后,最近十年进入了追求既富又公也即共同富裕的新阶段。历史长期演变考察显示,中国共产党百年实践贯穿如下逻辑:在为人民谋幸福过程中,我国贫富状态演进与经济制度变迁具有内生动态关系:贫富状态对制度变迁提出新要求,制度变迁形成贫富状态新样态。现在,扎实推动共同富裕已成为新时代的新要求。为此,我们必须与以前一样进行体系性制度创新。Guided by its original intention,the Communist Party of China has gone through four important stages in time since 1921:laying the political foundation for common prosperity,exploring hard the way of common prosperity,rapidly increasing the degree of prosperity,and solidly promoting common prosperity.Correspondingly,after experiencing three patterns of poverty and unfairness,poverty and relative fairness,and becoming rich and seeking fair,the state of China has entered a new pattern of pursuing both richness and fairness,that is,common prosperity.The practice in a century of the Communist Party of China in promoting common prosperity runs through the following logic:in the process of seeking happiness for the people,there is an endogenous dynamic relationship between the evolution of the state of poverty and richness and the change of economic institution:the state of poverty and richness puts forward new requirements for institutional change,and the institutional change forms a new pattern of the state of poverty and richness.Now,solidly promoting common prosperity has become a new requirement of the new era,and in order to do this,we must conduct systematic institutional innovation as before.
