摘　　要：目的探讨康复治疗对逆行岛状皮瓣重建拇手指指腹后感觉恢复的影响.方法将2017年1月至2021年1月我院收治的49例采用逆行岛状皮瓣修复拇手指指腹缺损的患者纳入研究,其中术后获得系统康复治疗的患者28例纳入A组,未经过康复治疗的患者21例纳入B组,两组之间根据术式不同分别进行对照研究.患者在术后3、6、9和12个月进行定期功能测定,其中感觉随访内容包括深压痛觉、单丝触觉及静态两点分辨觉(static two-pointdiscrimination,S-2PD).感觉恢复评价根据英国医学研究会标准评定.各组结果进行统计学分析比较.结果A组术后6个月时,单丝触觉和感觉分级恢复情况优于B组;术后9个月时,S-2PD优于B组;术后12个月时两组感觉恢复情况差异无统计学意义.结论逆行岛状皮瓣术后的康复治疗可以缩短感觉恢复时间,但不能提高最终感觉恢复的结果.Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation treatment on sensory recovery after reconstruction of thumb and finger pulp with retrograde island flap.Methods From January 2017 to January 2021,49 patients who were treated in our hospital with retrograde island flaps to repair thumb and finger pulp defects were included in the study.Among them,28 patients who received systematic rehabilitation treatment after surgery were included in group A,and 21 patients who did not receive rehabilitation treatment were included in group B.The two groups were compared according to different surgical methods.The patients underwent regular functional tests at 3,6,9 and 12 months after surgery.The sensory follow-up included deep pressure pain,monofilament touch and static two-point discrimination(S-2PD).Sensory recovery was assessed according to the criteria of the British Medical Research Association.The results of each group were statistically analyzed and compared.Results The recovery of monofilament touch and sensory grading in group A was better than that in group B at 6 months after operation.At 9 months after operation,S-2PD of group A was superior to that of group B.There was no significant difference in sensory recovery between the two groups 12 months after operation.Conclusion Rehabilitation treatment can shorten the time of sensory recovery,but can not improve the final result of sensory recovery.
