摘　　要：钠-葡萄糖共转运蛋白2抑制剂(SGLT2i)是近年来上市的一种新型降血糖药,主要通过减少肾脏近曲小管中葡萄糖的重吸收来降低血糖。临床上大量的研究表明,SGLT2i对心血管有额外的益处。现围绕SGLT2i在冠心病的一级预防和二级预防、急性心肌梗死早期、合并心力衰竭的冠心病患者中的疗效及可能的作用机制进行综述。The sodium-glucose linked transporter 2 inhibitor(SGLT2i),which reduces blood glucose by reducing the reabsorption of glucose in the proximal convoluted tubules of the kidney,is a new type of hypoglycemic drug which has been marketed in recent years.Numerous clinical studies have shown that SGLT2i has additional benefits of cardiovascular system.This article reviews the cardiovascular benefits and possible mechanisms of SGLT2i in the primary and secondary prevention of coronary heart disease(CHD),early stage of acute myocardial infarction,and CHD with heart failure.
