摘  要:基于北约和美军产品手册等文献,系统分析了北约引信爆炸序列及其爆炸元件设计现状,包括结构、尺寸、装药和性能等,涉及针刺火帽、撞击火帽、电爆管、针刺雷管、电雷管、火焰雷管、接力管、延期元件、导爆管、传爆管和作动器。爆炸序列首发爆炸元件多用针刺雷管、电雷管和针刺火帽。火焰雷管和接力管广泛用于爆炸序列中。绝大多数引信采用敏感错位式爆炸序列,并设有导爆管。引信爆炸序列应用敏感直列式和钝感直列式的是极少数。除特屈儿占比最大外,应用较多的许用传爆药是A-5和CH-6,应用较多的许用导爆药是PBXN-5和CH-6。仍有少部分引信应用黑索今、黑火药、太安和奥克托今等敏感药剂作为导爆药、传爆药、抛撒药等直列装药。In order to provide reference resources for designs of fuze explosive trains and designs and selections of its explosive elements,based on literature such as NATO and US Military products handbooks,the current situations of the NATO fuze explosive trains and its explosive elements are systematically analyzed,including structure,size,charge and functions,involving stab primers,percussion primers,electrical explosive initiators,stab detonators,electric detonators,flame detonators,relay elements,delay elements,leads,boosters and actuators.First-fire explosive elements in fuze explosive trains mostly use stab detonators,electric detonators and stab primers.Flame detonators and relay elements are widely used in fuze explosive trains.Most fuzes adopt sensitive out-of-line explosive trains,and they are equipped with one lead each.Fuze explosive trains which apply sensitive in-line constructions and less sensitive in-line constructions are very few.Except tetryl accounts for the largest proportion,more applications of permissible booster explosive are A-5 and CH-6.More applications of permissible lead explosive are PBXN-5 and CH-6.There are still remaining parts of fuze apply more sensitive explosive such as RDX,black powder,PETN and HMX to be in-line charge including lead explosive,booster explosive and ejection charge.
