摘  要:针对储能设备的充放电应用场景,文中提出一种新型双向直流变换器结构。该变换器具有正向高电压增益、宽输入范围、可实现软开关的特点。通过两个交错并联的电感交替充放电,可以减小输入电流纹波;高压侧的2个分压电容不仅能够将电压增益提高1倍,还能在全状态下都实现自动均压。通过增加谐振单元帮助实现开关管的软开关的同时,谐振单元中的开关管也能够实现零电流关断。文中对拓扑的演绎和改进方法进行阐述,对拓扑结构的工作原理、软开关实现方式进行分析;并与其他的相似拓扑结构进行性能比较。最后通过搭建仿真模型验证设计的变换器结构的有效性和可行性。仿真结果表明:所提变换器具有比传统Boost-Buck电路更高的正向电压增益,能够实现能量双向流动;且无论正向升压模式还是反向降压模式,都能够实现主要开关的软开关,以达到减小拓扑结构自身损耗的目的。A new bidirectional DC-DC converter structure is proposed for the charge and discharge application scenario of energy storage device,which has the characteristics of high forward voltage gain and wide input range,and can achieve soft switching.The ripple of input current is reduced by alternating charge and discharge of two interleaved inductors.The two voltage divider capacitors on the high-voltage side not only double the voltage gain,but also realize automatic voltage sharing under all conditions.By adding a resonant unit to help achieve the soft switching of the switch,the switch in the resonant unit can also achieve zero current switching.The deduction and improvement methods of topology are described,and the working principle of topology structure and the realization method of soft switch are analyzed.The performance is compared with similar topology.The validity and feasibility of all converter structures are verified by building simulation models.The simulation results show that the proposed converter has a higher forward voltage gain than traditional Boost-Buck circuits and can achieve bidirectional energy flow.Both the forward and reverse buck modes can achieve soft switching of the main switch to reduce the loss of the topology itself.
