摘　　要：非计划再次手术发生率是行业通用反映手术质量的指标之一。本研究对传统质控流程进行优化,构建以信息化为依托的非计划再次手术联合质控体系新模式。自主研发的非计划再次手术信息管理系统为管理部门提供了实时、便捷、客观、可靠的数据,同时对手术医生的术前评估、手术设计、手术操作以及术后管理提出改进指导意见,促使手术医生持续提升手术质量和安全意识。信息管理系统应用后,非计划再次手术发生率明显下降,同时人工质控病例数大幅下降,工作效率有效提升。The incidence of unplanned reoperation is one of the indexes commonly used in medical industry to reflect the quality of operation.In this study,the traditional quality control process was optimized,and a new mode of joint quality control system for unplanned reoperation based on information technology was constructed.The self-developed information management system for unplanned reoperation provided real-time,convenient,objective and reliable data for the management department.Meanwhile,it put forward suggestions for improving the preoperative evaluation,surgical design,surgical operation and postoperative management of surgeons,so as to promote the surgeons'continuous improvement of surgical quality and safety awareness.After the application of the information management system,the incidence of unplanned reoperation decreased obviously,and the number of cases of manual quality control decreased greatly,which effectively improved the work efficiency.
