摘　　要：青年人才是专科医院医教研全面发展的关键因素,是专科医院生存、发展的基础。文章描述了安徽省某三甲专科医院青年人才引育现状,阐述了医院青年人才引进和培养中面临的主要问题,探讨医院青年人才引进和培养举措以及所取得的成效,旨在研究专科医院青年人才发展中困境和热点问题,以期促进专科医院的可持续和高质量发展。Young talents are the key factor for the all-round development of medical teaching and research in specialized hospitals,and the foundation for the survival and development of specialized hospitals.This paper described the current situation of introducing young talents in a Grade-A tertiary specialized hospital in Anhui Province,expounded the main problems in introducing and cultivating young talents in the hospital,and discussed the measures and achievements of introducing and cultivating young talents in the hospital,aiming at studying the difficulties and hot issues in the development of young talents in the specialized hospital,so as to promote the sustainable and high-quality development of the specialized hospital.
