摘  要:目的建立基于物联网技术的呼吸机远程监测系统,实现对临床科室间呼吸机设备资源的共享调配,提升医院医疗设备保障部门对呼吸机使用情况的掌握及空置呼吸机的调配效率。方法从设备感知层、网络层、平台层、应用层四个层面搭建平台框架。通过对医院现有呼吸机的品牌型号及数量统计,数据采集器的配置与调试,以B/S架构为基础的WEB端与移动端APP应用相结合的方式部署呼吸机远程监测系统平台。结果利用该平台可帮助工程师快速、准确地掌握呼吸机的使用情况,提高呼吸机的调配效率。结论基于物联网技术的呼吸机远程监测平台可实现医院内部呼吸机共享调配及呼吸机使用情况的监测,有效降低人力成本与时间成本。Objective To establish a ventilator remote monitoring system based on the Internet of Things technology;to realize the sharing and deployment of ventilator equipment resources among clinical departments,and to improve the hospital medical equipment support department's grasp of ventilator usage and the deployment efficiency of vacant ventilators.Methods The platform framework was built from four levels:device awareness layer,network layer,platform layer and application layer.Through counting the brand model and quantity of the existing ventilators in the hospital,as well as the configuration and debugging of the data collector,the ventilator remote monitoring system platform was deployed by combining the application of WEB and mobile APP based on B/S architecture.Results Using this platform could help engineers quickly and accurately master the use of ventilators and improve the deployment efficiency of ventilators.Conclusion The ventilator remote monitoring platform based on Internet of Things technology can realize the sharing and deployment of ventilators in hospitals and monitor the usage of ventilators,effectively reducing the labor cost and time cost.
