摘  要:论文采用生物基材料L-苹果酸与1,4-丁二醇做为原料,常压酯化反应后脱水缩聚合成聚苹果酸丁二醇酯(PBM),然后再与L-丙交酯(L-LA)开环共聚,合成嵌段共聚物L-苹果酸-1,4-丁二醇-L-丙交酯(PLLA-co-PBM)复合材料。经核磁共振仪、凝胶色谱仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、热重分析仪和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对共聚物结构进行分析与表征,研究了不同投料比对共聚物的结构与热性能的影响。研究结果表明,所制备的PBM与L-LA开环共聚,其结构与理论一致,成功合成了嵌段共聚物,聚合物分子量在10000以下,并且,PBM的引入并没有改变PLLA的晶形,共聚物的热稳定性随PBM链段的引入量的增加而降低。该共聚物可用作为药物载体材料,在理论和实际应用方面具有重大意义,为PLA在生物医学方面的应用领域提供了更多的可能性。In this paper,the bio-based materials L-malic acid and 1,4-butanediol were used as raw materials,and after atmospheric pressure esterification reaction,they were dehydrated and condensed to polybutylene malate(PBM),and then copolymerized with L-lactide(L-LA)to synthesize the block copolymer L-malic acid-1,4-butanediol-L-lactide(PLLA-co-PBM)composite.The structure of the copolymer was analyzed and characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance instrument,gel chromatography,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,thermogravimetric analytical instrument and X-ray diffraction(XRD),and the effects of different feeding ratios on the structure and thermal properties of the copolymer were studied.The results show that the prepared PBM and L-LA ring-opening copolymerization,the structure is consistent with the theory,and the block copolymer is successfully synthesized,and the molecular weight of the polymer is below 10000.Moreover,the introduction of PBM could not change the crystal shape of PLLA,and the thermal stability of the copolymer decreases with the increase of PBM segments.The copolymer can be used as a drug carrier material,which has great significance in theoretical and practical applications,and provides more possibilities for the application of PLA in biomedical applications.
