摘  要:以生物基来源的呋喃二甲酰氯和3,4′-二氨基二苯醚为原料,以N,N-二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂,通过低温溶液缩聚制备了高分子量的含呋喃环的芳香聚酰胺树脂(简称F树脂),并采用傅利叶转换红外光谱、核磁共振、高效液相色谱和乌氏黏度计对树脂的化学结构、分子量及其分布、比浓对数黏度进行了表征,并对其溶解性、热稳定性、阻燃性与间位芳纶进行了对比研究。结果表明,F树脂具有优异的耐热性与阻燃性能,与间位芳纶树脂相当,且具有良好的溶解性,有利于加工成型。同时,其原材料为生物质来源,属于环境友好和可持续发展材料,具有广阔的发展前景。An aromatic polyamide resin containing furan ring(F-resin for short)with high molecular weight was prepared by low-temperature solution polycondensation of bio-based 2,5-furandiformyl chloride and 3,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether,with N,N-dimethylacetamide as a solvent.The chemical structure,molecular weight,distribution and specific concentration logarithmic viscosity of the resin were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance,high performance liquid chromatography and Urkovian viscometer,and its solubility,thermal stability,flame retardancy were compared with meta-aramid.It is demonstrated that F-resin shows good solubility and performs excellent mechanical properties,heat resistance and flame retardancy,which is comparable to meta-aramid.Besides,its raw material is bio-based,thus has broad potential development and application prospects as an environmentally friendly,sustainable and high-performance material.
