摘  要:以碳酸钙晶须为原料,使用硬脂酸、油酸表面活性剂对碳酸钙晶须粉体进行湿法改性,采用单因素控制变量法探究了改性剂用量、改性温度、改性时间、搅拌速率和料浆浓度对碳酸钙粉体改性效果的影响。结果显示,硬脂酸改性CaCO_(3)的吸油值为20.1 g/100g,活化指数为99.9%,接触角为147.39°;油酸改性CaCO_(3)的吸油值为24.1 g/100g,活化指数为50.3%,接触角为139.24°。分别将油酸和硬脂酸改性前后的CaCO_(3)应用于聚氯乙烯树脂(PVC)中,测试其力学性能。结果表明,与纯PVC材料相比,添加了油酸改性CaCO_(3)的PVC复合材料的拉伸强度提升了46.26%,断裂伸长率提升了79.03%;添加了硬脂酸改性CaCO_(3)的PVC复合材料的拉伸强度提升了31.41%,断裂伸长率提升了70.47%;且改性后的CaCO_(3)与PVC树脂基体的相容性得到提升。Using calcium carbonate whiskers as raw materials,stearic acid and oleic acid surfactants were used to wet modify calcium carbonate whisker powder,and the effects of modifier dosage,modification temperature,modification time,stirring rate and slurry concentration on the modification effect of calcium carbonate powder were explored by single factor control variable method.The results show that the oil absorption value of stearic acid modified CaCO_(3) is 20.1 g/100g,the activation index is 99.9%,and the contact angle is 147.39°.The oil absorption value of oleic acid modified CaCO_(3) is 24.1 g/100g,the activation index is 50.3%,and the contact angle is 139.24°.CaCO_(3) before and after the modification of oleic acid and stearic acid are applied to polyvinyl chloride resin(PVC)to test its mechanical properties.The results show that comparing with pure PVC materials,the tensile strength of PVC composites modified with oleic acid modified CaCO_(3) is increased by 46.26%,and the elongation at break is increased by 79.03%.The tensile strength of PVC composites modified with stearic acid modified CaCO_(3) is increased by 31.41%,and the elongation at break is increased by 70.47%.The compatibility of the modified CaCO_(3) with the PVC resin matrix is improved.
