摘 要:构建长度和直径均相同的空管与静态混合单元为X型(SX)静态混合器,利用Polyflow与STAR-CCM+软件模拟剪切稀化、剪切稠化、牛顿流体在空管与SX静态混合器内的流动情况,重点分析了幂率指数、松弛时间、入口流量等参数对压降放大倍数及模拟结果相对误差的影响。结果表明,牛顿流体压降放大倍数与入口流量放大倍数成等比关系,剪切稀化流体压降放大倍数随松弛时间的增大而减小,随幂率指数的增大而增大,剪切稠化流体压降放大倍数随松弛时间、幂率指数的增大而增大;入口流量、松弛时间、幂率指数对压降相对误差影响较小,而对出口处最大/最小黏度相对误差影响较大。The static mixers of SX(static mixing unit is X-shaped)and pipe with the same length and diameter were constructed.The shear-thinning,shear-thickening and Newtonian fluid in the SX static mixer and pipe were simulated by using Polyflow and STAR-CCM+software.The effects of power-law exponent,relaxation time and inlet flow rate on pressure drop amplification and the relative error of simulation results were analyzed.The results show that Newtonian fluid pressure drop amplification and the inlet flow amplification are proportional to each other.Shear thinning fluid pressure drop amplification decreases with increasing relaxation time and increases with the increasing power-law exponent.Shear-thickened fluid pressure drop amplification increases with the increasing relaxation time and power-law exponent.Inlet flow rate,relaxation time and power-law exponent have a small effect on the relative error of pressure drop but they have strongly influenced on the relative error of maximum/minimum viscosity at the outlet.
