摘  要:以汽车马鞍盖板为研究对象,结合产品注射成型要求,设计了一副一模两穴排布的热流道两板注射模具。通过Moldflow软件模流仿真分析,验证了单一开式喷嘴热流道“热转冷”浇注系统和模具“上层随形+内外两条+隔水板”冷却系统设计的正确性,考虑产品复杂结构特征的脱模,分别设计了2个前模外拨块滑块机构、2个前模内拨块滑块机构、2个后模斜导柱滑块机构、2个整体式斜顶机构、4个机械式扣机机构和“顶针+推块”联合的推出机构。该模具结构设计先进合理,机械式扣机机构实现了两板注塑模具的二次顺序开模的控制,保证了模具工作的可靠性。Taking the saddle cover panel of car as an example,a pair of two plates hot runner injection mold with one mould two cavity layout was designed according to the injection mold requirements of the product.Through the simulation analysis of injection mold used Moldflow software.The hot runner to cold runner system with a single sprue bushing and the cooling system by“upper conformal+inner and outer+water baffle”were verified.In response to the mold release of complex structural features of the product,2 outside slider mechanism,2 inside slider mechanism,2 angle pin core-pulling mechanism,2 lifter mechanism,4 latch-style mechanism,and ejection mechanism by“ejector pins pushing+ejector block pushing”was designed.The mold design was advanced and reasonable.Latch-style mechanism realized the control of the second order opening of the two plates injection mold,which could ensure the reliability of the mold operation.
