摘 要:以电热式变模温注塑模具为例,利用构建的温度数据采集系统对模具型腔表面的热响应规律进行了系统的实验研究。结果表明,加热阶段模腔表面温度随加热时间线性提高,冷却阶段模腔表面的初始冷却速率较快,随后逐渐趋缓;模腔表面在反复循环加热和冷却过程中,其温度首先呈周期性波动上升,随后逐渐达到稳态。建立了稳态时模腔表面波峰温度T max和波谷温度T min与模具加热时间t h和模具冷却时间t c之间的定量关系模型,以对模腔表面温度进行预测,验证试验结果表明模型具有很高的预测精度。最后,以20%玻璃纤维增强聚碳酸酯作为原料,进行了变模温注塑实验,获得了具有镜面高光的面板塑件产品,证实了变模温注塑工艺能显著提高纤维增强塑件表观质量的有效性。Taking the variotherm injection mold with electric heating as an example,systematic experimental study on the cavity surface thermal response was conducted using the developed temperature data acquisition system in this work.The results show that the cavity surface temperature increases with heating time in a linear manner during mold heating,and its initial cooling rate is relatively fast in the mold cooling stage,then the cooling rate turns more slowly as cooling goes.In the mold multi-cycle heating and cooling stage,the cavity surface temperature exhibits periodic fluctuation with an increasing trend firstly,and then reaches to the steady state gradually.In order to predict the cavity surface temperature under the steady-state conditions,two models that reflect the quantitative relationship between the maximum surface temperature(T max)and minimum valley temperature(T min)on the mold cavity surface with the mold heating time(t h)and the mold cooling time(t c)are respectively established,and their prediction accuracy are confirmed by the verification experiments.Lastly,the variotherm injection molding experiment is conducted to produce the 20%fiber glass reinforced polycarbonate panel plastic part,and the panels with high gloss surface appearance are successfully molded.So the effectiveness of using the variotherm injection molding that can significantly improve the surface quality of fiber reinforced plastic parts is demonstrated.
