摘 要:采用热裂解气相色谱/质谱联用方法(Pyrolysis-Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry,Py-GC/MS),选择3种金属Zn,Ni和Fe改性HZSM-5沸石分子筛,对化工污泥催化热解制取轻质芳烃进行研究。在金属改性分子筛特性表征分析的基础上,重点讨论分子筛投加比及金属负载种类对催化热解特性,特别是轻质芳烃定向生成的影响。污泥与分子筛的投加比(IS HZSM-5)为12时,污泥催化热解产物中含氧化合物的含量降至最低,轻质芳烃总量升至最高。金属浸渍改性使分子筛的强酸位酸量降低,更易发生择形催化反应。与未改性的HZSM-5相比,3种金属改性处理均能提高芳香烃总量和轻质芳烃的产率。Zn改性使甲苯和二甲苯产率分别提升至33.45%和29.47%,Ni改性使苯产率提升至22.68%,其中Zn改性HZSM-5催化热解轻质芳烃的总产率最高,达到84.96%。The catalytic pyrolysis of chemical sludge by three metal-modified molecular sieves,Zn,Ni and Fe,to produce light aromatics,was investigated by Py-GC/MS,focusing on the effects of the Si/Al ratio,the ratio and the metal loading on the catalytic pyrolysis characteristics.At a molecular sieve silicon to aluminium ratio(Si/Al)of 25 and an industrial sludge to molecular sieve ratio(IS HZSM-5)of 12,the content of oxygenated compounds in the industrial sludge catalytic pyrolysis products decreased to the lowest and the total amount of light aromatics increased to the highest.The metal impregnation modification resulted in a substantial reduction in the amount of acid in the strong acid sites and made it easier for the form-selective catalytic reaction to occur.All three metal-modified treatments increased the yield of total aromatic hydrocarbons and light aromatics compared with the unmodified HZSM-5.The Zn modification increased the yield of toluene and xylene to 33.45%and 29.47%,respectively,and the Ni modification increased the yield of benzene to 22.68%,the highest yield of 84.96%was achieved for the catalytic pyrolysis of light aromatics with Zn-modified HZSM-5.
