陈云农业经济思想及其对现代农业产业体系建设的启示

摘　　要：农业经济思想是陈云经济思想体系中的核心内容。陈云充分认识到农业在我国的重要地位,其农业经济思想,立足于水利农田基本设施建设,落脚于粮食价格宏观调控和统一管理,注重农业、轻工业、重工业的协调发展,同时重视环境保护,内容涉及农业基础设施建设、农业市场管理、农产品调控供应、农业环境保护等多个方面。陈云根据国情制定的发展农业的一系列方针和政策,不仅正确而且富有预见性,对包括农业基础设施建设、产业融合发展、粮食宏观调控等在内的我国现代农业产业体系建设具有重要的借鉴意义。Agricultural economic thought is the core content of Chen Yun’s economic thought system.Having fully recognized the important position of agriculture in China,Chen Yun laid his agricultural economic thought on the infrastructure construction of water conservancy and farmland,and on macro regulation and unified management of grain prices,emphasized the coordinated development of agriculture,light industry,and heavy industry,and environmental protection as well,forming a mature agricultural economic system that includes agricultural infrastructure construction,agricultural market management,and agricultural product regulation and supply.Correct and foresighted,the guidelines and policies for agricultural development,formulated in accordance with the national conditions,bear great significance for the construction of China’s modern agricultural industrial system,including agricultural infrastructure construction,industrial integration development,and macro food control.
