摘  要:以实验室自制的β分子筛负载SO_(4)^(2-)/Fe_(2)O_(3)固体酸作催化剂,不加有毒带水剂,催化合成了尼泊金丁酯.考查了催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、反应时间等对尼泊金丁酯的酯化率的影响.结果表明,β分子筛负载SO_(4)^(2-)/Fe_(2)O_(3)固体酸具有超强酸性,对尼泊金丁酯具有较好的催化性能,适宜的反应条件为:n酸∶n醇=1.0∶1.2,催化剂用量为对羟基苯甲酸的10%,反应时间3 h,对羟基苯甲酸的转化率达92%以上.The solid acid SO_(4)^(2-)/Fe_(2)O_(3) based on βmolecular sieve as catalyst,without toxic water-carrying agent,catalyzed the synthesis of butyl paraben.The effects of catalyst dosage,molar ratio of alkyd and reaction time on the esterification rate of butyl paraben were investigated.The results indicate that the solid acid SO_(4)^(2-)/Fe_(2)O_(3) based onβmolecular sieve has super acidity,and has better catalytic activity on butyl paraben.Appropriate reaction condition is proposed:n(acid)/n(alcohol)=1.0∶1.2,the amount of catalyst is 10%of p-hydroxybenzoic acid,the reaction time is 3 h,and the esterification rate of p-hydroxybenzoic acid is above 92%.
