摘  要:聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)材料的性能与其在加工过程中的流变行为有密切联系。掌握PVDF熔体、溶液或共混物的非牛顿性、黏弹性、结构化程度、触变性和温度或剪切敏感性等流变学性质,可以指导PVDF材料的加工和性能调控。本文综述了流变学在PVDF多孔膜、锂电池浆料、氟涂料和纳米复合材料等领域的应用。The properties of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)materials are closely related to their rheological behaviors during processing.The processing techniques of PVDF melts,solutions or blends is greatly influenced by their rheological properties such as non-Newtonian property,viscoelasticity,structural degree,thixotropy and temperature or shear sensitivity.Understanding the rheological properties is beneficial to the processing and performance regulation of PVDF.In this paper,the rheological properties of PVDF melt,solution,and blends were introduced,and the applications of rheology in the processing of PVDF porous membranes,lithium battery slurries,coatings and nanocomposites were reviewed.
