摘　　要：肝动脉灌注化疗(HAIC)是治疗不可切除性肝脏恶性肿瘤的有效方法。经皮动脉港HAIC不仅技术安全,并且提供了一种有效的肝动脉置管方法,使多种化疗方案得以实现。本文就HAIC原理、经皮动脉港技术及其在肝脏恶性肿瘤中的应用和进展作一综述。Objective Hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy(HAIC)is an effective therapy for unresectable malignant neoplasms of the liver.Percutaneous port-catheter implantation for HAIC is technically safe and provides a viable alternative to traditional methods of hepatic artery access,enabling variable chemotherapy regimens.This article reviews the principle of HAIC,techniques of percutaneous port-catheter implantation,and its application and advances in liver malignancy.
