盐酸舍曲林联合阿戈美拉汀治疗对抑郁症伴失眠患者睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨盐酸舍曲林联合阿戈美拉汀治疗对抑郁症伴失眠患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年9月至2022年10月淄博市精神卫生中心收治的抑郁症伴失眠患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用盐酸舍曲林治疗,观察组采用盐酸舍曲林联合阿戈美拉汀治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、睡眠质量、抑郁程度、氧化应激反应及不良反应。结果:观察组的总有效率及SOD水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的睡眠效率、睡眠时间、入睡时间、日间功能、睡眠障碍评分、抑郁程度评分及MAD水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者的不良反应发生率经比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:抑郁症伴失眠患者采用盐酸舍曲林联合阿戈美拉汀治疗效果显著,可改善患者的睡眠质量和抑郁程度,调节氧化应激反应,安全可靠,可推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of Sertraline hydrochloride combined with agomelatine on sleep quality in patients with depression and insomnia.Methods:A total of 100 patients with depression and insomnia enrolled in Zibo City Mental Health Center from September 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Sertraline hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with Sertraline hydrochloride combined with agomelatine.The clinical efficacy,sleep quality,degree of depression,oxidative stress and adverse reactions were compared in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate and SOD level in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the sleep efficiency,sleep time,sleep time,daytime function,sleep disorder score,depression degree score and MAD level in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sertraline hydrochloride combined with agomelatine is effective in the treatment of patients with depression and insomnia,which can improve the sleep quality and depression degree of patients,regulate the oxidative stress response,safe and reliable,and can be widely used.
