子宫切除术中麻醉诱导前静脉输注利多卡因的镇痛效果及对睡眠改善研究

摘　　要：目的:探究子宫切除术患者麻醉诱导前静脉输注利多卡因的麻醉效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年3月福建省泉州市中医院麻醉科收入的子宫切除术患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组麻醉诱导前输注生理盐水,观察组麻醉诱导前静脉输注利多卡因,比较分析2组视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分、炎性因子水平、不良反应发生率、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分。结果:术后2 h、4 h、8 h、12 h、24 h VAS评分比较,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组T_(2)、T_(3)、T_(4)时炎症介质水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1 d、2 d, 2组PSQI评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对子宫切除术患者麻醉诱导前使用利多卡因可达到预期镇痛效果,有助于提升睡眠质量,可推广应用。Objective:To investigate the anesthetic effect of intravenous infusion of lidocaine before induction of anesthesia in patients undergoing hysterectomy.Methods:From January 2021 to March 2023,100 patients with Hysterectomy received from the Anesthesia Department of Quanzhou City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Fujian Province were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was injected with normal saline before anesthesia induction,and observation group was injected with lidocaine intravenously before anesthesiainduction.Visual analog Scale(VAS)score,inflammatory factor level,incidence of adverse reactions and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score of the two groups were analyzed.Results:VAS scores of 2 h,4 h,8 h,12 h and 24 h after operation were compared,and the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was statistical significance in the levels of T_(2),T_(3) and T_(4) between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 1st and 2nd day after operation,there was statistical significance in PSQI score between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of lidocaine before anesthesia induction in patients with hysterectomy can achieve the expected analgesic effect,help to improve the quality of sleep,and can be popularized.
