全程系统化护理改善腹腔镜下肾癌根治术患者围术期睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析全程系统化护理改善腹腔镜下肾癌根治术患者围术期睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年5月至2022年12月山东大学齐鲁医院外科收治的接受腹腔镜下肾癌根治术的患者84例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展全程系统化护理。结果:观察组患者术后恢复情况优于对照组,观察组患者并发症发生率均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。护理后,睡眠质量、生命质量评分改善程度更高,焦虑和抑郁评分均更低(均P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下肾癌根治术通过全程系统化护理可帮助患者改善围术期心理状态、生命质量和睡眠质量,还能帮助其提高术后康复效率,降低并发症发生风险,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To analyze the effect of full process systematic nursing to improve perioperative sleep quality in patients undergoing laparoscopic renal nephrectomy for renal cancer.Methods:From May 2021 to December 2022,84 patients who received laparoscopic radical nephrectomy in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University were selected as research objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received full process systematic nursing.Results:Patients in the observation group had better postoperative recovery than the control group,and the patients in the observation group had a lower complication rate than the control group(P s<0.05).After the intervention,intervention sleep quality,quality of life scores improved better and both anxiety and depression scores were lower(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic radical renal cancer can help patients improve their psychological state,life quality and sleep quality through the full process systematic nursing,and can also help patients improve the efficiency of postoperative rehabilitation and reduce the risk of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
