摘　　要：基于Si光电二极管和GaAsP光电二极管的双光子吸收特性,设计了800~2000 nm宽带波长测量范围的简易自相关仪实验装置.利用该装置测量了克尔透镜锁模钛宝石激光、掺镱光纤锁模激光和掺铒光纤放大脉冲激光的脉宽;通过引入额外群延迟色散和增加自相位调制效应调控脉冲的净啁啾,研究了自相关曲线变化特性.结果表明:该自相关仪实验装置能够有效测量由净啁啾改变导致的自相关曲线变化特性,能够满足不同波长脉冲激光实验教学应用场合的需求.Based on two-photon absorption in Si photodiode and GaAsP photodiode,a simple autocorrelator experimental setup with broadband wavelength measurement within 800~2000 nm was designed.The pulse widths of the Kerr-lens mode-locked Ti∶Sapphire laser,the ytterbium-doped fiber mode-locked laser and the erbium-doped fiber amplified pulse laser had been measured using this homemade setup.And the variation characteristics of the autocorrelation trace were also investigated by introducing the extra group delay dispersion and increasing the self-phase modulation effect to control the net chirp of the laser pulse.The results showed that the autocorrelator experimental setup could effectively measure the variation of the autocorrelation trace caused by the change of net chirp,and was able to meet the requirements of different wavelength pulsed laser experimental teaching applications.
