摘　　要：近年来,随着我国宠物行业的迅猛发展,各类犬猫用益生菌产品在市场涌现。本研究旨在通过对市售益生菌产品中含有的菌群进行检测,分析犬猫用益生菌产品的质量和安全性,以推动犬猫用益生菌市场的健康发展。本实验从市售犬猫用益生菌产品中随机购买了26款样品,运用宏基因组测序技术检测了每种样品中益生菌的组成。检测结果显示:枯草芽孢杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌等益生菌在犬猫用益生菌产品中的使用率比较高,含有多种益生菌的复合益生菌产品占据当前市场的主导地位。但实际测定结果与产品标签上标示的菌种对比显示,26款产品中仅有1款与其产品描述成分完全相符,占3.85%,其余96.15%的产品均与其产品描述有不同程度的不符之处,主要表现为菌种缺失或(和)含有其他混杂菌种,有的甚至包含致病菌。由此可见,目前市售犬猫用益生菌产品还存在较多问题,产品质量亟待提高,还需监管部门的严格监督与管控,以保障宠物益生菌产品市场的健康发展。In recent years,with the rapid development of pet industry in China,various probiotic products for dogs and cats have emerged in the market.The present study aimed to analyze the quality and safety of probiotic products for dogs and cats by detecting the bacteria contained in commercially available probiotic products,thus promote the sustainable development of the probiotics market for dogs and cats.In this study,26 commercially available probiotic products for dogs and cats were purchased,and the composition of probiotics in each sample was detected by metagenomic sequencing.The results showed that probiotics such as Bacillus subtilis,Lactobacillus acidophilus,and Bacillus licheniformis were more frequently used in probiotic products for dogs and cats,and multiple strains probiotic products played a more dominant role in the current market.However,the comparison between the tested results and the labels showed that only 1 of the 26 products were completely consistent with the ingredients in their product descriptions,accounting for 3.85%,and the remaining 96.15%of the products were inconsistent with their product label,mainly manifested as the absence of labeled bacterial species or(and)the presence of other non-labeled bacterial species,and some even contain pathogenic bacteria.The results of the present study suggested that there are still many problems with the probiotic products for dogs and cats currently on Chinese market.The product quality needs to be improved urgently,and strict supervision and control by the regulatory authorities are still needed to ensure the sustainable development of the probiotic product market for companion animals.
