摘  要:文章尝试比较不同温度对念珠藻(Nostocsp.)细胞生长和生理特性的影响。主要内容是分别在10℃、25℃、35℃和40℃环境中对念珠藻进行9 d的室内培养,然后测定不同温度下念珠藻的生物量、光合活性、总多糖、总蛋白质和总脂质含量。研究结果表明,低温(10℃)对念珠藻细胞生长的促进与光合活性的提高基本无影响;而高温(35℃、40℃)会促进藻细胞的生长和光合活性的提升。也就是说,低温时念珠藻细胞的多糖含量几乎不变,蛋白质含量与脂质含量先升高后降低;而高温时多糖含量和蛋白质含量增加,脂质含量降低。以上结果说明温度胁迫会使念珠藻对生物大分子物质进行调控用于抵抗环境变化。The temperature of Nostoc sp.culture were varied and the effects on the growth and physiological characteristics of the cells were studied.Mainly,indoor culture was conducted at temperatures of 10℃,25℃,35℃,and 40℃for 9 days to determine biomass,photosynthetic activity,total polysaccharides,total protein,and total lipid content,respectively.The results showed that low temperature(10℃)had little effect on the growth and photosynthetic activity of Nostoc cells,while high temperature(35℃,40℃)promoted the growth and photosynthetic activity of Nostoc commune cells.At low temperature,the content of polysaccharide was almost unchanged,but the content of protein and lipid declined after an initial increase.While at high temperature,the content of polysaccharide and protein increased,and the content of lipid decreased finally.These results suggest that temperature stress can make Nostoc adjust the biological macromolecules to resist environmental changes.
