摘 要:电力系统中,复合绝缘子长期使用后会出现粉化、弹性和憎水性下降等不同程度的老化而影响其绝缘性能,而现有的绝缘子老化度检测方法难以对不同核磁弛豫谱分析装置开展横向对比。本文提出使用射频自旋回波扫描序列来得到装置增益和质子密度贡献量,采用两台相同序列参数的核磁共振弛豫谱分析仪,对不同的复合绝缘子进行老化度检测。结果表明,利用自旋回波序列检测得到的信号幅值,可获得质子密度信息并反演出仪器增益和样品质子密度归一化后的弛豫谱,减小由于仪器带来的绝缘子老化度数据幅度偏差,将同一样品的主峰差异减少到3%左右,分析结果的确性得到较大的提升。In power systems,composite insulators are subject to different degrees of aging,such as pulverization,elasticity,and water repellency,after long-term use,and it is difficult to carry out horizontal comparisons of different NMR relaxation spectroscopy devices with the existing insulator aging detection methods.In this paper,we propose to use the RF spin-echo scanning sequence to obtain the device gain and proton density contribution,and use two NMR relaxation spectrum analyzers with the same sequence parameters to test the aging of different composite insulators.The results show that the signal amplitude obtained from the spin-echo sequence can be used to obtain the proton density information and inverse performance of the normalized proton density relaxation spectrum,which reduces the amplitude deviation of the insulator aging data due to the instrumentation and reduces the difference of the main peaks of the same sample to about 3%,and the reliability of the analysis results is greatly improved.
