摘  要:目的:探讨达标理论的胎儿监护仪在妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者中的应用。方法:选101例GDM患者随机分为对照组和观察组,比较CIPQ-R评分、SDSCA评分、血糖水平及母婴结局差异。结果:干预后,观察组的CIPQ-R评分、SDSCA量表各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹2小时血糖(2hPG)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组新生儿并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于达标理论的健康教育在胎儿监护仪监护GDM中应用价值明显,可提高患者疾病认知水平、自我管理水平和血糖控制水平,改善新生儿结局。Objective:To explore the use of the attainment theory of fetal monitoring in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:101 patients with GDM were randomly divided into control and observation groups to compare the differences in CIPQ-R scores,SDSCA scores,blood glucose levels and maternal and infant outcomes.Results:After the intervention,the CIPQ-R score and SDSCA scale scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the fasting blood glucose(FPG)and fasting 2-hour blood glucose(2 hPG)levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of neonatal complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education based on goal attainment theory has a significant application value in the fetal monitor monitoring of GDM,and it can enhance the disease cognition level,self-management level and blood glucose control level,and improve the neonatal outcomes.
