生物信息红外肝病治疗仪在治疗乙肝肝硬化中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探究BILT治疗仪在治疗乙肝肝硬化中的应用。方法:选取120例乙肝肝硬化患者分为常规组和BILT组,对比两组患者各指标变化差异。结果:干预前后两组患者PLT、FIB及PDW无统计学差异(P>0.05),MPV升高,且BILT组高于常规组(P<0.05);干预后两组PT均缩短,FIB均升高,且BILT组PT较短,FIB较高(P<0.05);干预后两组AST、ALT及TBIL均下降,且BILT组均小于常规组(P<0.05);干预后两组HA、LN、PCⅢ及Ⅳ-C均降低,且BILT组均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:BILT可升高MPV,改善患者凝血功能与肝功能,改善肝纤维化。Objective:Exploring the use of BILT therapy in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods:120 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were selected and divided into the conventional group and the BILT group to compare the differences in the changes of each index between the two groups.Results There was no statistical difference in PLT,FIB and PDW between the two groups before and after the intervention(P>0.05),MPV increased and was higher in the BILT group than in the conventional group(P<0.05);PT was shorter and FIB increased in both groups after the intervention,and PT was shorter and FIB was higher in the BILT group(P<0.05);AST,ALT and TBIL decreased in both groups after the intervention,and the BILT group was smaller than the conventional group(P<0.05);HA,LN,PCIII and IV-C decreased in both groups after the intervention,and the BILT group was lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:BILT elevates MPV,improves patient coagulation and liver function,and improves liver fibrosis.
