摘　　要：目的:探究悬吊训练结合推压法治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者的疗效。方法:选择80例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为研究组和对照,观察两组临床疗效差异。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率高于对照组(97.62%&84.21%,P<0.05),ODI指数、VAS评分下降相较更明显(P<0.05);同侧肌肉AEMG上升幅度相较更大(P<0.05);生活质量评分上升幅度相较更大(P<0.05)。结论:悬吊训练结合推压法对于腰椎间盘突出患者有很好的疗效,其能够缓解病痛,改善生活质量。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of suspension training combined with compression in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:Eighty patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected and randomly divided into study group and control to observe the difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was higher in the study group than in the control group(97.62%&84.21%,P<0.05),and the decrease in ODI index and VAS score was more significant(P<0.05);the increase in ipsilateral muscle AEMG was greater(P<0.05);and the increase in quality of life score was greater(P<0.05).Conclusion:Suspension training combined with compression is very effective for patients with lumbar disc herniation,as it can relieve pain and improve quality of life.
